We’re excited to welcome Richard Schiffman as our new Chief Product Officer!
Rich brings over 30 years of experience at the intersection of product, strategy, and technology within global financial services firms. He joins us from MarketAxess (NASDAQ: MKTX), where he was their first employee and played a key role in building the company into an industry leader, contributing to their growth through a successful IPO.
Previously, Rich was Managing Director at BlackRock Financial Management. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President and Manager of Fixed Income Research Technology at J.P. Morgan.

Last week, our Women’s Inclusivity Network at Capitolis (WINC) had the honor of hosting educator, director, and actor, Lauren Gorelov, for a powerful evening of socially conscious theatre and conversation.
Lauren shared her original verbatim play, Matraspeak, which captures the lived experiences of 40 women across Greater New York City through their own words. The performance explored the diverse realities of motherhood — encompassing joy, resilience, silence, struggle, and identity — and sparked a thoughtful dialogue on gender roles, cultural narratives, and the power of theatre to drive social change.
It was an inspiring evening that brought our community together to reflect, connect, and celebrate the impact of storytelling.

We are excited to announce the appointment of Melanie Carucci as our new Global Head of Sales!
Bringing over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, strategy, and product management, Melanie is well positioned to support Capitolis’ continued rapid growth and expansion.
Most recently, Melanie served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Account Management at Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE: FIS), where she was responsible for $1.1 billion in revenue across Capital Markets, Corporates, and Banking client segments. Prior to that, she held senior roles at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters (NASDAQ: TRI) and Thomson Financial.
