This strategic acquisition enables Capitolis to add U.S. secured financing to our Capital Marketplace, broadens our client base, and brings veteran industry talent into our growing team. It also brings an established roster of major financial institutions into our network.

Capitolis is excited to announce a record-breaking performance in 2025 across our Portfolio Optimization business. We:
✅Achieved record reductions in FX Optimization across FX Initial Margin, FX Capital, and FX Gross Notional.
✅Delivered a record reduction in Initial Margin and Capital for Rates Optimization, with these reductions increasing 3.5x since the acquisition of Capitalab.
✅Realized significant reductions in Credit Initial Margin.
✅Launched several innovative products in response to client demand, including our Futures Porting solution and FX Initial Margin.
✅Expanded our Novation service with the introduction of Straight-Through Processing.
✅Bolstered our leadership team with the addition of several key hires.
These achievements enabled network expansion and drove greater efficiency and liquidity for participants.

Roy brings extensive experience in technology, product, and financial services, with deep expertise in market development and scaling high-growth fintech companies.
Previously, Roy co-founded and served as CEO of Access Fintech, and before that, was a co-founder of Traiana, helping to lead the company to become a global financial post-trade infrastructure provider.
