We`re excited to welcome Murugan Manickam as Chief Technology Officer at Capitolis.
Murugan brings nearly three decades of technology leadership predominantly in global financial markets, including 17 years at Bank of America. As CTO, he will lead our global engineering organization and data and AI strategy as we continue to scale and innovate. Amos Arev, Head of Engineering & General Manager, Israel, will remain with us and ensure a seamless transition.
Murugan on why he is joining Capitolis: "Capitolis is tackling complex challenges in financial markets with a combination of innovation, scale, and industry expertise. I`m excited to join the team and help advance the company`s technology platform to deliver innovative and AI-driven solutions that create even greater value for our clients and the broader financial ecosystem."

We also want to thank Amos Arev for his leadership and significant contributions over the past seven years. Amos built and led our engineering and technology organization and our Israel office, helping shape Capitolis into the company it is today. We look forward to his continued impact as Capitolis enters its next chapter.

Ashwath brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience across high-growth technology companies and global organizations. Throughout his career, he has helped businesses navigate critical phases of expansion.
